Regulation Matters - Polyvagal Theory, Interoception & Emotional Integration
On November 3. - 4. 2025 EFS Børn og Unge are hosting a 2-day workshop with Kim and her course Regulation Matters, which explores the essence of regulation and co-regulation by integrating insights from Polyvagal Theory, interoceptive processing, and emotional integration. We will delve into how regulation and co-regulation play a central role in occupational therapy practice.
Over two intensive days, participants will gain insight into Polyvagal Theory, interoception, and emotional integration – all with a focus on translating theory into concrete, action-oriented strategies that can enhance well-being and function for clients of all ages.
Are you curious about how you can make a real difference in your clients’ well-being and development?
Would you like to learn from an internationally recognized educator who makes even the most complex topics both understandable and applicable?
Then this course is for you! You can read more about the course and Kim Barthel in the file below.
